We are seeking a talented and motivated Marketing Manager to join our team and help drive our marketing efforts to new heights.
Position Overview:
The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and executing tactical marketing plans for the entire organization in order to attract potential customers, retain existing ones and communicate with all stakeholders. This position requires a deep understanding of marketing trends, creative marketing strategies, and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing campaigns to achieve business objectives.
- Manage and coordinate all marketing, advertising, and promotional activities.
- Conduct market research to identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
- Oversee the creation of marketing materials, including brochures, press releases, and digital content.
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and paid advertising.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including product development, operations and sales, to ensure brand consistency and alignment with marketing campaigns.
- Analyze and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, making data-driven decisions for future campaigns.
- Manage the marketing budget and ensure cost-effective marketing campaigns (ROAS).
- Build and maintain strong relationships with media and advertising partners.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging marketing technologies.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
- 3-5 Years of experience as a Marketing Manager or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools, techniques and Martech ecosystem.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret marketing data and make informed decisions.
- Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and new ideas.
- Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM software (Hubspot) is a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
