TERAGO is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join our team and drive company growth through effective sales strategies. The successful candidate will be responsible for building strong, long-lasting customer relationships, identifying potential business opportunities, and generating revenue through inside sales activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively seek new business opportunities within assigned territories through cold calling, networking, and other sales activities.
- Meet and exceed individual sales targets and performance metrics.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by providing exceptional customer service and following up on leads in a timely manner.
- Develop a deep understanding of our products and services (Network, FWA, Cybersecurity, Managed Services) to effectively communicate value propositions to potential customers.
- Use Salesforce CRM software to document and track sales progress and customer interactions.
- Collaborate with other members of the Sales team to identify and share best practices.
- Continuously seek ways to improve sales performance and increase efficiency.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field preferred.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in an inside sales capacity.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal; bilingual preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with customers.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Highly motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
- Experience with CRM software and other sales tools.
- Knowledge of sales processes and sales techniques.
- Ability to work flexible hours as needed to accommodate varying time zones and customer availability.
