Responsibilities

  • Prepare shipping documents at our carriers' sites
  • Handle tires to assist in order picking
  • Pack pallets and prepare for shipment
  • Help our drivers with loading
  • File and scan documents
  • Support dispatch and warehouse teams as required
  • Manage and monitor customer returns to ensure accuracy
  • Other related duties
Success Factors

  • Experience in office automation or secretarial work
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and computer systems
  • Ability to occasionally lift medium loads (up to 25 pounds)
  • Respect and sense of humor
  • Willingness to work in an environment where health and safety are essential and a priority
  • Knowledge of transport and shipping documentation
