Position Type: Permanent
Location: On site: We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to oversee our inventory management, fulfillment, and logistics operations, the ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in e-commerce, Lean manufacturing, inventory control, and supply chain processes. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data analysis, along with skills in AirTable (desirable), are essential. This role involves managing warehouse layout using the ABC method, monitoring SLAs, ensuring accurate inventory through regular audits, and leading the warehouse team. Warehouse distribution under the ABC method.
Supply of bins, their arrangement and distribution per client.
Make product location transfers through Ship Hero.
Lead the warehouse team.
Control and reduce inventory costs.
Perform inventory control audits through counting and auditing warehouse locations.
Software Lifecycle and Process Improvements

SLA (Air Table) monitoring and product order assignment.
Carry out cyclical inventories periodically to ensure its accuracy.
Supervise picking location replenishment activities.


Technical Excellence

Investigate inventory discrepancies and submit accurate inventory and container location reports.
Use Controls and KPI's reports
Attend weekly Improvement meetings and provide follow-up on proposed projects.
Ensure the correct inventory transaction as well as the location of products in racks/bines.
Investigate and resolve inventory problems in all areas of the warehouse.
Determine the root cause of inventory discrepancies.
Make adjustments to inventory as necessary.

Previous experience in warehouse or inventory control.
Demonstrated knowledge of warehouse operations in multiple areas.
Demonstrated knowledge of inventory control process and procedures.
Experience in logistics operations.
Experience with supply chains.
Strong PC skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Data Analysis Skills.
