As part of a maternity leave replacement, the ACCOR group's sponsorship department is looking for a sponsorship director for a period of one year.

The sponsorship team is responsible for:

  1. Defining the partnership portfolio strategy
  2. Negotiating and drawing up contracts with rights holders
  3. Defining the activation strategy
  4. Executing the various campaigns and events as part of the overall marketing plan for the ALL.com brand, the ACCOR group's hotel distribution platform, ALL, the group's loyalty programme and, where applicable, on behalf of a specific hotel brand within the group
  5. Global coordination of partnerships established at regional or local level and portfolio consistency at global level

The sponsorship team is looking for a sponsorship strategy & planning manager from October 2024, whose main tasks will be to:

  1. Gather and analyse data on the various sponsorship activities
  2. Create benchmarks and market studies
  3. Create/update reporting and tools to measure the value of sponsorships and their return on investment
  4. Produce strategic recommendations for the renewal of existing sponsorships or the arrival of new ones
  5. Coordinate and prepare monthly international Events, Experiences & Sponsorship committees
  6. Coordinate administrative tasks relating to the proper negotiation, drafting and execution of sponsorship contracts (with the marketing, legal, finance, tax and CSR teams, etc.)
  7. Management of one person

Qualifications

EDUCATION

Level of study: BAC+ 4/5

Field of study: General

Languages required: French, English

PROFILE

  1. Min. of 5y experience in sponsorship contract management and strategy development
  2. Good knowledge of the valuation and structuring of sponsorship contract rights
  3. Experience working with data and analytics
  4. Negotiation and communication skills
  5. Experience in managing international projects
  6. Strong communicator to international audiences
  7. Self-starter
  8. Organisational skills
  9. Fluent English and French required
