As part of an orderly succession, the Board of Directors of Atlantic Lottery is recruiting its next President & Chief Executive Officer. The President & Chief Executive Officer has an unprecedented opportunity to lead a crown corporation during an ambitious period of growth and increasingly global competition, while supporting Atlantic Canadian communities.

Minimum Requirements:

  1. At least 10 years of senior management experience and a track record of embracing and leading change in a medium to large organization, preferably in a digital, retail, or consumer goods environment.
  2. An undergraduate degree in a related field (i.e. commerce, marketing, finance) preferably complemented with a graduate degree in a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
  3. Experience working with a board of directors in a commercial enterprise or crown corporation is an asset.
  4. Strong strategic and financial acumen with a proven track record of cultivating strong teams and a high-performance culture.
  5. Embrace digital platforms and innovations to keep the organization competitive and relevant.
