Forge Consulting Group, representing our esteemed client is seeking a talented individual to join their team as a Industrial Mechanic/Millwright in their Windsor, Ontario Cold Stamping Facility.The role is responsible for supporting production.The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a stamping environment, be self-motivated and thrive in a fast-paced work environment.They are offering a competitive compensation package with benefits, along with career advancement opportunities.

Summary of Responsibilities:

  • Provide maintenance support to all areas of production ensuring both machines and facilities are maintained to operate in a safe and efficient manner.
  • Strong troubleshoot abilities to diagnose equipment failures routine and non-routine.
  • Reads blueprints and schematic drawings to determine work procedures.
  • Perform repairs to machinery and plant support systems with regards to hydraulic,pneumatic,and mechanical repairs
  • Abide by all Company policies including, but not limited to the following: Health and Safety, Environmental, Quality, Human Resources policies, and the Employee Handbook

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Stamping equipment i.e.feed line systems experience is an asset
  • 3-5 years manufacturing environment working with industrial machinery.
  • Ability to work rotating shifts (days, afternoons, midnights)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certified Industrial Mechanic Millwright (433A)
