We are looking for a CSR Advisor who will report to the CSR Team Lead and who’ll be tasked with helping scale our CSR. As part of your role, you’ll be significantly contributing to the successful development and execution of our global CSR initiatives.
YOU’LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:
Coordinate the integration of CSR initiatives with internal and external stakeholders (brands, ambassadors, dealers, employees and customers) and ensure alignment in cross-departmental plans.
Assist in the deployment of CSR/ESG actions plans and initiatives, e.g., monitor CSR and ESG trends and best practices, support the completion of CSR Benchmark, Reporting and ESG disclosure projects.
Contribute to promoting a more responsible industry by integrating Responsible Rider principles into stakeholder engagement tools (contracts, certifications, etc.) and by developing strategies for the program.
In collaboration with the Community Engagement team, develop and implement the partnership strategy for CSR Initiatives.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to contribute to CSR visibility via social media, website, Google site, conferences, promotional items, training, etc.
YOU’LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES:
Solution-oriented team player with a positive attitude.
Autonomy, thoroughness with excellent organizational and writing skills.
Strong time and priority management skills with the ability to multitask.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite software (Word, PowerPoint, Excel), GSUITE (Docs, Sheet, Gmail).
University degree in Sustainable development, Project management, Business, or another pertinent field.
3 to 5 years of relevant experience, ideally in a large corporation and/or with CSR projects.
The knowledge of English is required because you will be collaborating on international projects.
