As a Pricing Analyst, your responsibilities include collecting and analyzing financial data, developing and maintaining models to streamline business processes, and supporting critical revenue cycle initiatives. Strong organizational skills and adaptability to a dynamic environment are essential for success in this role.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

  • Collect and analyze data specifically related to pricing strategies, revenue generation, and financial activities.
  • Develop and maintain pricing models/applications to automate and streamline pricing processes and perform pricing analysis.
  • Perform monthly revenue variance analysis and account reconciliations to ensure accurate and timely pricing transactions.
  • Provide strategic direction in support of critical pricing initiatives and goals.
  • Support the timely and accurate development of annual pricing budgets and forecasts.
  • Track and report on the success of various pricing key performance indicators.
  • Lead efforts with internal teams and external service providers on portfolio pricing.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver pricing analyses, insights, and prepare performance reporting.
  • Assist in continuous improvement initiatives related to pricing systems and business processes.
  • Provide ad hoc pricing analysis and other pricing-related duties as required.

WHAT WILL YOU NEED?

  • Undergraduate Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Commerce.
  • Enrolled or willing to pursue a financial designation is an asset (CFA, CPA, etc.).
  • 2-3 years of relevant experience in pricing, accounting, or financial analysis.
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Strong organizational and timemanagement skills.
  • Ability to adapt to a constantly dynamic and growing environment.

Preferred Skills:

  • Proven experience in pricing strategy and analysis.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams to drive pricing initiatives.
  • Strong analytical skills with a focus on pricing modeling and revenue analysis.
