**Position Summary**:
Reporting to the **_Supervisor, Reporting and Analytics _**the **Business Analyst II **is responsible for working with IT on system updates, completing testing and training of Supply Chain staff on new processes. Perform analysis and reporting of segment, customer, and revenue performance. Responsible for the preparation and management of reports, conduct pricing analysis, creation of forecasts, pro-active and ad hoc analysis, and maintenance of data repositories.

**Key Accountabilities**:

- Responsible for compiling data, analyzing performance, identifying problems, and developing recommendations to improve efficiencies; Leverage multiple sales/marketing data sources and data analysis tools to perform the analysis of marketing campaigns and sales performance. Create, implement, and evolve insightful and actionable key performance metrics reports to support the development and execution of marketing campaigns and product plans.
- Report on and monitor key performance indicators and provide support to leaders in achieving operational and financial targets; Prepare and present recommendations to guide strategic marketing decisions. Lead conversations with the various roles to review and interpret reports and information.
- Facilitation of pricing reviews and uploads, including but not limited to retail pricing, promotions and flyers, Developing and maintaining pricing and cost optimization tools and tracking performance of the tools and outcomes.
- Oversee, Maintain, and Create data repositories (either in existing IT solutions, or MS Office products) to enable the efficient and effective distribution of information.
- Provide detailed analysis and recommendations to guide strategic decisions and resolve issues.
- Responsible for researching, testing, planning, facilitating meetings, documenting, and implementing new or improved processes. Identify and design clear, reliable, detailed testing scripts that addresses any potential risks during system implementations.
- Train and mentor staff to ensure that new processes are fully understood and adhered to. Assist in training and supporting testing staff during test cycles and coordinating resolution of any defects found.
- Collaborate and coordinate data, reporting and initiatives across organizational business units. Identify standard reports and prepare standard operating procedures for production of those reports.
- Other duties as assigned by the designated Manager.

**Required Qualifications**:

- University degree or post-secondary diploma in Business Administration with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a reporting analyst, database management and/or CRM management.
- Experience working in and supporting a supply chain.
- Experience in report designing, implementation and support.
- Extensive computer skills and systems experience - MS Office, and informational systems, data modeling, database management, VBA, etc. Advanced Level Microsoft Excel skills.
- Strong planning, communication, and organizational skills. Strong written and oral communication skills
- Ability to work independently with leadership capabilities and conflict management skills
- Complex problem solving and critical thinking skills.
- Strong business acumen, including experience working in a customer centric division or role
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics, D365-Power BI, CRM/FO preferred. SAP, SAP Business Warehouse are considered assets.
