We are now seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager to join our dynamic team and lead our public accounting office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage a portfolio of diverse clients, providing expert accounting, auditing, and tax services.
  • Lead and mentor a team of professionals, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance service offerings and client satisfaction.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulations, and internal policies.
  • Conduct financial analysis, prepare reports, and present findings to clients and senior management.
  • Drive business development initiatives, including identifying new client opportunities and maintaining strong client relationships.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA certification required.
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in public accounting, with a proven track record in a managerial role.
  • Strong knowledge of ASPE, GAAP, tax laws, and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in accounting software, Caseware, Profile and Microsoft Office Suite.
