The senior recruitment specialist plays a crucial role in developing and implementing effective recruitment and sourcing strategies. You will identify gaps in the current sourcing and screening processes and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Your focus will be on sourcing both passive and active candidates through networking, developing talent-sourcing channels, and building new talent pipelines.

What would you be doing?

  • Develop and Implement Recruitment Strategies: Create and execute effective recruitment sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify gaps in current sourcing and screening processes and recommend improvements.
  • Candidate Sourcing: Source both passive and active candidates through networking, talent-sourcing channels, and building new talent pipelines.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Develop talent acquisition solutions based on an understanding of stakeholder needs.
  • Talent Pipeline Development: Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management.
  • Leadership Support: Manage the assigned Recruitment Business Unit in the absence of the Recruitment Lead.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers and the HR team to ensure a seamless recruitment process.
