A 3PL Transport company located in the head of Vaudreuil-Dorion, with a young and dynamic go-getter team, is always looking to expand their operations and sales team.

We are looking for motivated individuals from the transportation industry who are ready for a new career path with a company that promotes internal growth and success.

Advantages:

  4. 2 weeks right away + 1 week of at Christmas paid

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop relationships with new customers
  2. Manage relationships with current carriers to provide excellent service to our existing customers
  3. Negotiate competitive rates with carriers depending on current market rates
  4. Monitor progress of shipments on a daily basis to ensure coverage, on-time performance and addressing any mid-transit issues
  5. Communicate load statuses, issues and concerns to sales representatives

Qualifications:

  1. Minimum 1 year in the transportation industry
  2. Good knowledge of carrier relations, lanes, negotiations
  3. Confident and go-getter mindset, eager, reliable
  4. Passion for the transportation industry
