Le titulaire du poste agit à titre de partenaire d’affaire RH pour l’une des divisions de Jubilant Pharma au Canada) et assume la responsabilité générale de la gestion des ressources humaines, y compris le déploiement des processus et programmes RH, les relations de travail, la rémunération globale, le coaching et développement des gestionnaires, en enfin de l’expérience employés.

Agir à titre de conseiller(ère) de confiance auprès de la direction et l'encadrer pour améliorer son efficacité au sein de tes groupes de clients.
Résoudre des problèmes complexes en matière de relations de travail, y compris représenter l’organisation dans les médiations et les arbitrages.
Engager des conversations proactives avec les dirigeants de manière prévisible au sujet des données sur les personnes pour leurs groupes de clients respectifs.
Collaborer étroitement avec les intervenants internes dans le cadre d'initiatives liées aux employés et fournir un leadership éclairé dans des domaines comme le développement de carrière, le développement et la gestion des talents, l'engagement des employés, la rémunération, etc.
Diriger tout autre projet spécial requis à la demande des groupes de clients ou de l'équipe des personnes et de la culture.
Baccalauréat en relations industrielles ou domaine connexe.
~ Membre d'associations québécoises en RH (Ordre des CRHA et CRIA).
~Capacité dans la planification et l’établissement du budget RH et le suivi des données RH en cours d’années
~ Dynamisme, capacité de gérer plusieurs projets/tâches en même temps et sens de l’urgence.
Proactivité dans l’amélioration des processus RH et dans le développement et la mise en œuvre d’initiatives pertinente
Maitrise avancée des logiciels (Excel, Powerpoint, PeopleSoft), est un atout.
Bilinguisme (français et anglais) à l’oral et l’écrit.

The incumbent acts as the HR business partner for one of Jubilant Pharma's divisions in Canada) and assumes overall responsibility for human resources management, including the deployment of HR processes and programs, labor relations, total compensation, coaching and development of managers, and employee experience.

Provide strategic leadership to executives, key stakeholders and the People & Culture team to meet the needs and priorities of our growing teams.
Act as a trusted advisor to management and coach them to improve their effectiveness within your customer groups.
Engage in proactive conversations with executives in a predictable manner regarding people data for their respective client groups.
Work closely with internal stakeholders on employee-related initiatives and provide thought leadership in areas such as career development, talent development and management, employee engagement, compensation, etc.
Lead any other special projects required at the request of customer groups or the People & Culture team.
Collaborate with functional leaders to complete organizational design activities (workforce and succession planning, talent development).

Bachelor's degree in industrial relations or related field.
~ Member of Quebec HR associations (Ordre des CRHA and CRIA).
~Ability to plan and establish HR budgets and track HR data over the years.
~ Experience in a union environment is an asset.


Dynamism, ability to manage several projects/tasks at the same time and sense of urgency.
Proactivity in improving HR processes and in developing and implementing relevant initiatives.
Advanced software skills (Excel, Powerpoint, PeopleSoft) an asset.
Oral and written bilingualism (French and English).
