Reporting to the Project Controls Lead, the successful candidate will be responsible for all project cost control support, including all daily cost allocations, scope change management and profit and loss reporting.

This position will be based out of Toronto, ON

What you will be doing:
  1. Responsible for the set up of project PM system with related cost, quantity, hours data, while ensuring alignment with estimate.
  2. Manage project cost and revenue budgets.
  3. Manage the project scope change management process including estimating, cost management, and forecasting (Delays, Productivity Issues, Extra Work, etc.).
  4. Oversee daily timesheet labor, equipment and procurement costs and their allocation to the correct CBS code.

What We Are Looking For:

  1. Post-secondary education, such as a degree or diploma in a related field, and/or relevant combination of experience.
  2. 7+ years of Project Controls experience.
  3. Experience on large infrastructure projects is preferred.
  4. Experience within EPC projects or leading project controls in engineering or design projects is preferred.
