Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Controls Specialist to join our team at Comtech Group. As a key member of our project execution team, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of our projects by providing expert cost, time, and schedule management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cost Management: Develop and implement cost management plans, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
  • Schedule Management: Create and manage project schedules, including resource allocation, critical path analysis, and progress tracking.
  • Change Management: Facilitate the change management process, including identifying, assessing, and implementing changes to project scope, schedule, and budget.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and review project reports, including cost, schedule, and earned value management.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with project stakeholders, including project managers, engineers, and clients, to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in project controls, with a strong background in cost, schedule, and change management.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or Finance.
  • Skills and Competencies:
    • Expertise in computer-based scheduling systems, including Primavera P6 and MS Project.
    • Comprehensive knowledge of project controls practices and procedures.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
