Responsibilities
  • 5+ years of experience in troubleshooting ERP issues, particularly (Infor CSI 10) or any major ERP from Manufacturing environment.
  • Must work independently on projects and also collaborate closely with department managers to understand their IT needs and proactively manage technology-related requirements to support their operations.
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
  • Ability to conduct research on technical application issues.
  • Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
Qualifications
  • Someone coming from a CS or Technology or related field of study.
  • Experience of working in a Manufacturing setting is a must.
  • Extensive experience using ERP systems (Infor CSI 10 an asset).
  • Set appropriate deadlines and expectations for the team and for themselves.
  • Solid troubleshooting and problem-solving skills are required for the role.
