Responsibilities,

Our Leads Coordinator is responsible for handling incoming calls and emails from customers, ensuring that they are directed to the right department.

Assisting the Customer in setting up a time for a team member to come to provide them with a quote.

A small overview of the Leads Coordinator responsibilities is listed below but this is a very fluent position where you will be working hand in hand with our Sales Coordinator to ensure all customers are taken care of and provided a 5-star service.

  • Tracking leads
  • Dispatching techs
  • Providing quotes to customers
  • Checking and responding to inbound emails
  • Qualifying and assigning all incoming leads
  • Maintaining electronic and paper files

Requirements:

  • Open to work full time during some seasons.
  • Native english or 100% bilingual
  • Without problem to commute
  • Previous experience on Sales and Customer Service
  • Previous experience in call center is an asset

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 24-40 per week

Salary: From $17.00 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

Education:

  • Secondary School (preferred)

Experience:

  • Inside Sales: 1 year (preferred)
  • Customer service: 1 year (required)
