**Remote Inside Sales/ Lead Coordinator
No cold calling.

Tutor Doctor, a global frontrunner in home-based tutoring, is in search of an energetic, customer-oriented professional with a history of handling pre-sales and service booking for potential clients.

We are looking for individuals who thrive in a remote work setting, available to manage incoming calls and schedule consultations.

**Two Coverage Shifts**
- Monday to Friday 3pm - 8pmPST (16 hours)
- Saturday 12pm - 6pmPST & Sunday 12pm - 7pmPSt (14 hours)

**Please note, these are coverage hours, but does not require full-time. The volume of calls will vary daily and will fluctuate with the academic year. We only need a person to return calls during these hours and to return calls within an hour of receiving a call notification) **

This opportunity is especially suited for those with experience in sales, call handling, and booking who appreciate the flexibility of working from home without constant supervision. Familiarity with our service offerings and possessing exceptional phone and sales skills will serve as a valuable advantage.

In addition to this, we are offering a bonus commission structure for those who excel in selling our online tutoring packages, making this a highly rewarding position for driven individuals.

**Responsibilities include**:

- Responding to parent inquiries, identifying their needs, explaining our services, and arranging free in-home consultations.
- There are no cold calls - potential clients will be the ones reaching out to you.
- You should be available to return calls within an hour of receiving them.
- Capture customer information, including addresses and phone numbers, for future follow-up.
- Adjust your sales presentation based on success.
- Build rapport with customers through friendly, engaging communication.

There is an additional potentially selling online tutoring packages to prospective clients, with additional bonus commissions if interested.

**Qualifications**:

- 2 - 4 years’ experience in customer service or sales.
- Access to a home office equipped with Wi-Fi, a phone, and a computer.
- Friendly and enjoy talking with people
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Capability to use Google Calendar.
- Availability for weekend and evening work.
- Self-starter capable of working independently in a remote setting.
- A team-oriented professional with a positive attitude.
- Eager to learn more about our business to adequately evaluate customer needs and schedule consultations.
