- 5+ years experience as a Family or Medical Physician preferred
- Experience with pain management, urgent care or family physician
- Examine, diagnose and treat patients for a wide variety of health-related issues
- Provide advice and treatment towards managing their health
- Perform physical exams, take medical histories, interpret diagnostic tests and recommend a plan of treatment
- Primary family physician/care physician experience in a community clinic setting
- Order, perform and interpret diagnostic tests, and explain results to patient
- Consult with other physicians, refer patients to other specialists, and work with other healthcare staff
- Offer in-person visits by appointment and walk-in clinic availability
- Have Canadian Medical Protective Association coverage
- Must have a valid drivers license and your own transportation
- 6 – 11 exam rooms are available
- College of Family Physicians Certification (CCFP)
- MUST be Licensed by the CPSO College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario
- Medical Council of Canada Qualifying Examination (MCCQE I and MCCQE II)
- As per the Collective Agreement
- Relocation cost reimbursement
