Program Manager Principal Consultant

Responsibilities

  1. Plan, manage and facilitate the successful execution of program timelines and milestones
  2. Collaborate with internal and external contributors to build a client-specific co-delivery plan while adhering to implementation processes
  3. Actively track all activities and their status; accountable for critical project deadlines and tasks
  4. Proactively engage with customers to understand project requirements, manage expectations, provide project updates and ensure overall customer satisfaction
  5. Prepare work schedule and timelines with the customer and the extended team
  6. Anticipate and mitigate potential issues with project delivery
  7. Regularly communicate and maintain a bridge between the customer and Capco to ensure best practice in implementation and onboarding
  8. Maintain up-to-date documentation and communicate findings to key stakeholders
  9. Regularly communicate project status and circulate project information to the team
  10. Obtain final sign-off and ensure customers are fully satisfied with project completion
  11. Prepare and ensure seamless handoff of newly implemented customers to the operations team

Show Us What You’ve Got

  1. 10+ years of project management and implementation management
  2. Demonstrated experience leading large, complex application development projects
  3. Experience with software rewrite / re-engineering / refactoring projects
  4. Able to lead deep-dive technical discussions for solutioning
  5. Able to provide estimates for duration/effort of design/development activities
  6. Experience and capabilities to speak with customer leaders to extract expectations, influence direction and manage expectations
  7. Excellent people skills
  8. Comfortable speaking and presenting to senior stakeholders and clients
  9. Ability to think strategically and execute tactically, enabling cross-business teams
  10. Ability to work in fast-paced environment while following best practice and company process
  11. Highly driven and passionate about customer satisfaction, product development and technology
  12. Excellent oral, listening, and written communication skills
  13. Excellent presentation skills
  14. Banking experience desirable but not necessary
