Vaughan, Canada Apex Educational Consulting Services Inc. Full time

Apex Educational Consulting Services Inc. is hiring experienced Instructor Therapists to provide home-based ABA and IBI services for individuals with autism in the GTA. All staff will be under the supervision of a BCBA and/or Senior Therapist.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Implement prescribed behavioural programs to facilitate skill acquisition, maintenance, and generalization for clients diagnosed with Autism.
  2. Conduct skills assessments (e.g., ABLLS, VBMAPP, AFLS, PEAK) and preference assessments.
  3. Input session notes according to AECS standards, as well as collect and graph data on a daily basis.
  4. Ensure client’s program documents are up-to-date on a weekly basis.
  5. Update and print data sheets as needed for assigned clients.
  6. Prepare program materials when needed.
  7. Collaborate with team members in program development.
  8. Attend team meetings as required.
  9. Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
Qualifications:
  1. A degree or diploma/certificate related to ABA.
  2. RBT Certification recommended.
  3. Minimum 2 years of related centre- and home-based ABA experience.
  4. Able to work independently.
  5. Proficient in Word and Excel.
  6. Access to a vehicle is an asset.
  7. Vulnerable Sectors Check.
Rate:

$25.00-$40.00 per hour, depending on performance, plus bonuses.

Hours:

Depends on availability of candidate and clients.
