The Role: Sales Operations Coordinator, Part-Time Permanent
Our client is the International Beauty Institute (IBI), a dynamic leader in the aesthetics training and education space. IBI’s expert-led programs provide students with in-depth training on advanced techniques, state-of-the-art technology, and the latest products in beauty and medical aesthetics. With a focus on real-world skills and innovation, IBI empowers its graduates to excel in their careers and stand out in the competitive beauty landscape.
Your role is to increase new student registrations and applications by effectively managing leads, sharing your in-depth knowledge of our programs, and fostering meaningful, long-term relationships. As the enthusiastic first point of contact for prospective students, you’ll help them explore their educational options and guide them toward achieving their beauty and aesthetic career dreams. You don’t just make sales—you genuinely care about each customer and are committed to understanding their needs. Your confidence, attention to detail, and exceptional communication and relationship-building skills make you a valued team member. Re-engage with previously unresponsive or “cold” leads, creating a follow-up/outreach plan to convert interest into registrations.
Schedule and manage campus tour bookings across all campuses, coordinating with both the admissions team and prospective students to provide a seamless experience.
Maintain accurate records of all leads, communications, and follow-ups within the CRM system, ensuring timely updates and documentation.
Passion for delivering excellence in customer service and focus on long-term relationship building.
A “hunger” to succeed, and drive to always close the sale.
Ability to work remotely from home and to work from our Oakville head office (hybrid work environment)
Post-secondary education preferred - business concentration an asset
Work experience in a Sales or Marketing function preferred
Experience in the beauty or medical aesthetics space is a strong asset
Experience with CRM software or lead management tools is a strong asset
Flexibility to work evenings (12pm-8pm) and weekends
Genuine interest or passion for the beauty/medical aesthetics space.
