Inviting applications for the role of Principal Consultant, Java Scala
In this role, you will be responsible for coding, testing and delivering high quality deliverables, and should be willing to learn new technologies.

Responsibilities

  1. Excellent knowledge about J2EE frameworks and tools and good learning ability.
  2. Understand the core business problems and deliver efficient IT solutions, working with QA Team to ensure high quality of the product.
  3. Excellent knowledge of QA process and awareness about tools.
  4. Experience in design, development and conducting code reviews.
  5. Willingness and ability to learn new platforms/solutions having Java as core basis.

Qualifications we seek in you

Minimum Qualifications

  1. BE/B Tech/MCA.
  2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications/Skills

  1. Commercial experience of core Java programming with strong proficiency.
  2. Experience of working with a functional programming language.
  3. Fundamental knowledge of Microservices.
  4. Strong experience with distributed caching and relational databases, preferably with Sybase, Oracle, MSSQL.
  5. Good exposure to middleware - MQ, Kafka.
  6. Experience of working in a Linux environment.
  7. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  8. Strong oral and written communication skills.
  9. Excellent interpersonal skills and professional approach.
  10. Ability to work effectively in a global and dynamic team.
  11. Understanding of distributed system design and infrastructure.
  12. Experience in the full software development life cycle.
  13. Experience working in an agile team using Agile and DevOps practices & tools.
  14. Experience working with Continuous Integration systems.
  15. Experience with cloud-ready development, Docker containers.
  16. Experience in Data Modeling.
