About the role: Branch Manager

My Client is looking for a Branch Manager to oversee business operations in the Greater Montreal Area. The role involves leading daily operations to achieve business goals and maximize profitability while managing regional service contracts and supervising staff to ensure quality customer service and meet sales and productivity targets.

The Branch Manager will contribute to organizational planning, reporting, recruitment, training, day-to-day team management, business development, and policy implementation, as well as collaborating across departments to support organizational strategy, policy development, improvement initiatives, and risk management.

What You Bring

  • Must be bilingual in French and English
  • Leadership experience managing multidisciplinary services
  • Expertise in stakeholder management, engagement, and strategy development
  • Proven success in implementing, managing, and reporting on budgets
  • Ability to contribute to business development while balancing organizational planning with operational needs
  • Experience handling a broad range of employee relations issues in complex organizations or industries
  • Strong knowledge of employee and industrial relations frameworks
  • Skilled in risk assessment at both organizational and individual levels
