Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Teacher at AGORA Prep Academy. As a Teacher, you will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging lessons, fostering a positive learning environment, and effectively communicating with students, parents, and fellow staff members. This is an on-site role located in Aurora, ON.


Qualifications


  • Canadian citizen or permanent resident
  • Strong skills in Lesson Planning and Education
  • Excellent Communication and Teaching abilities
  • Experience in Training and mentoring students
  • Passion for facilitating a collaborative and innovative learning environment
  • Ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet individual student needs
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Understanding of child development and different learning styles
  • Experience with technology integration in the classroom is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
  • Teaching certification is an asset (a must)
  • Proven experience with children on the spectrum and gifted students
