Responsable du chiffre d'affaires et du développement des affaires pour le marché attribué (régions basées sur la France uniquement)
Assurer le suivi de la vente des solutions d'entraînement FAULHABER
Garantir la satisfaction des clients
Développer le portefeuille clients
Votre mission :
Entretien et développement des relations avec les clients existants, acquisition de nouveaux clients dans votre région
Analyse des besoins des clients, conseil et élaboration de solutions spécifiques aux clients
Élaboration commerciale et technique d'offres, avec le soutien du service clientèle local et du service technique interne
Coordination et collaboration avec l'équipe backoffice France et les différentes entités du groupe FAULHABER
Gestion du portefeuille via le CRM
Présentations des produits chez les clients ou lors de salons professionnels
Votre profil :
Une formation technique, des connaissances dans le domaine de la mécanique sont souhaitables, l'expérience de la technologie d'entraînement, de la précision ou des microsystèmes est un avantage
Capable de communiquer en français ainsi qu'en anglais
Capacité importante à travailler en équipe tout en étant en distanciel
Forte capacité de négociation et de persuasion
Orientation vers les résultats et les clients, ainsi que talent d'organisation
Fervent utilisateur de CRM
Connaissances de MS Office et de SAP/R3 (SD) souhaitables
Atouts première expérience dans la robotique industrielle / aisance en allemand
