The Brand Supply Chain Manager is responsible for coordinating the entire supply chain critical path, including sourcing, production, and product development for the Brand. The Brand Supply Chain Manager oversees the development and execution of sourcing and production strategies that align with the Brand goals and overall corporate objectives. This role involves managing vendor contacts, ensuring product quality, optimizing the supply chain, and driving adherence to timelines for product development. The Brand Supply Chain Manager will collaborate with internal teams and external partners to meet business needs, manage costs, and mitigate risks.

Support the execution of product development and sourcing strategies, that support brand goals, including cost management, lead-time reduction, and risk mitigation while ensuring alignment with corporate timelines and business needs.
Support Brand vendors in collaboration with sourcing team to meet quality and performance standards. Serve as the liaison between customer, business partners and the global supply chain.
Drive adherence to the Brands product development calendar to meet deadlines.
Ensure customer and Brand requirements are understood and met before product shipping.
Foster strong communication and relationships with internal teams and factories.
Monitor and analyze orders through regular touch bases, emails, order trackers, timelines, and critical paths and intervene when necessary to ensure on-time delivery.
Identify problems and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and manuals to improve and optimize the Brand’s production process flow efficiency.
Challenge operational status quo and define best solution to properly deliver added value for the Brand.
Negotiate and approve additional costs not included in the original purchase order, including packaging and unexpected costs.
Build strong factory relationships by regularly discussing quality and delivery issues and overall performance to improve accountability and on-time delivery.
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
~Strong understanding of supply chain processes and best practices.
~ Advanced proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office
~ Proficient in using ERP software, such as Blue Cherry.
~ Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple shifting priorities.
