**Your team’s dynamic**:
We are actively seeking a dynamic F&O Application Manager with a specialized focus on Supply Chain processes, particularly in the areas of Procure to Pay, Inbound to Outbound, and Quote to Cash. In this pivotal role, you will lead the charge in driving improvements within the ERP system, implementing changes based on stakeholder feedback, and advancing automation goals. A curious mindset and a commitment to continuous self-learning are crucial for success in this position.

**A day in the life of an F&O Application Manager**:

- **Knowledge of Best Practices (Supply Chain and ERP)**: Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of best practices in both the Supply Chain and ERP domains, with specific emphasis on Procure to Pay, Inbound to Outbound, and Quote to Cash processes.
- **System Optimization**: Stay abreast of the features and capabilities inherent in ERP systems, actively participating in effecting and testing changes to ensure optimal system performance.
- **Stakeholder Request Triage and Support**: Triage stakeholder requests, diagnose issues, and proactively effect changes in the ERP system within the Supply Chain value stream to promptly address concerns.
- **Research, Exploration, Testing, and Roadmap Development**: Conduct research, exploration, and testing of features under preview in the ERP system within the Supply Chain value stream. Assist in developing the roadmap for improvements to the Supply Chain value stream, integrating insights gained through research, testing, and continuous improvement efforts.
- **Support Training Development and KPI Tracking**: Collaborate on and support the development of training materials within the Supply Chain value stream, with a focus on Procure to Pay, Inbound to Outbound, and Quote to Cash processes. Monitor and track Key Performance Indicator (KPI) improvements resulting from continuous improvement initiatives within the Supply Chain value stream.
- **Curiosity and Self-Learning**: Demonstrate a proactive approach to self-learning, staying updated on emerging trends, technologies, and industry best practices, including a comprehensive understanding of EDI protocols.

**More about you**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related field
- Preferably, experience working in supply chain in a mature work environment
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in analytics tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Change management experience with a focus on driving continuous improvement initiatives
- Project management skills with a proven track record of successfully driving initiatives to completion
- Microsoft F&O Certifications are valuable
- Backgrounds in SAP, Infor, Oracle, and Workday are welcomed
