Your role will be pivotal in a team where every member's contribution drives us forward and leads to our collective success. Role & Responsibilities - How You'll Make An Impact
  • Ensure the maintenance and improvement of our operations in a context of agility, while identifying opportunities for improvement, with the aim of increasing our operational and quality performance, as well as reducing and eliminating health and safety issues;
  • Design and optimize workstation layouts, work methods and tooling by implementing value-added production initiatives in collaboration with various departments;
  • Improve operational excellence in line with best business practices, Lean Manufacturing and 6 Sigma approaches to processes and technical issues, in order to identify opportunities for improvement and suggest ways forward;
  • Contribute to the strategy and development of sequences, assembly methods, standard times and balancing of operations with a view to operational excellence;
Qualities & Skills - What Sets You Apart
  • DEC in Industrial Engineering, or equivalent experience,
  • 3+ years' experience in a manufacturing environment and good understanding of mechanical and electrical assembly concepts,
  • Knowledge of Lean manufacturing tools and concepts, VSM, Kaizen methodology, DMAIC, etc,
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate and contribute as part of a team,
