This is a remote position, and you will be responsible for travelling within the province of Alberta approximately 3 to 4 days a week. Reporting into the Vice President, Operations, you will be responsible for supporting the ambitions of our valued Partners throughout the province by delivering our expertise in key business areas resulting in optimal patient care and creation of value for our stakeholders. You are a leader who has proven experience effectively managing a team, supporting our Partners in delivering best-in-class patient care, and are driven by excellence.

Responsibilities
  1. Primary relationship manager and support contact to assigned practice network
  2. Identify opportunities to optimize practices driving service excellence and growth, accountable for annual targets
  3. Develop and implement action plans for each practice
  4. Identify and implement operating efficiencies and opportunities that:
    1. Optimize patient care & experience
    2. Grow revenues and profitability
    3. Drive engagement for practice level staff
    4. Ensure practices are physically maintained to set standards
  5. Identify opportunities to foster relationships and synergies across assigned practice network
  6. Identify opportunities and step in as necessary to improve the partnership between Practice Community and Support Centre to ensure service excellence
  7. Facilitate and support opportunities to assist practices and drive goals through Support Centre SMEs (central operations team) through the execution and/or implementation of new programs
  8. Mentor, develop, and lead a team of Regional and Practice Managers
