Pour y parvenir, nous recherchons notre prochain Directeur-développement des affaires pour assurer une couverture du territoire de l'île de Montréal.

Sous la responsabilité du Directeur principal du développement des affaires, le Directeur-développement des affaires possèdera une solide expérience dans le développement commercial et l'acquisition de nouveaux comptes.
Le rôle implique la promotion de nos produits de financement auprès des concessionnaires automobiles dans le territoire de Montréal, la formation des concessionnaires et la garantie d'une croissance rentable des comptes client.
Plus précisément:
- Développer un portefeuille de clients afin d’atteindre des objectifs de ventes sur un territoire ou un marché
- Mener des activités de prospection pour identifier de nouveaux clients potentiels
- Assurer un suivi des transactions et activités du territoire assigné à l’aide d’outils de prospection et de gestion de la relation client (CRM).
- Atteindre ou dépasser les objectifs de ventes, d’appels, de rencontres, mensuels et annuels
- Effectuer des appels ‘’cold call’’ afin de générer des rencontres clients et présenter les programmes d’Iceberg Finance. Maintenir les données clients à jour dans le CRM et gérer la progression des dossiers clients dans le processus d’acquisition.
- Aider à la collection des comptes à recevoir, lorsque requis
- Effectuer de 6 à 8 visites chez les concessionnaires par jour ;
- Représenter Iceberg Finance lors de divers événements ;
- Contribuer au développement de nouvelles offres de services ou à l’amélioration d’offres actuelles qui aideront à augmenter les ventes.
- Accomplir d'autres tâches et responsabilités définies par l'équipe de direction.
Vos atouts:
- Expérience en vente ;
- Un historique de succès dans le développement de nouveaux marchés ;
- Excellentes compétences en communication ;
- Orienté vers la solution ;
- Fortes compétences en organisation, gestion du temps et du territoire ;
- Expérience en prise de parole en public, présentation et gestion des relations ;
- Expérience de travail dans les industries de l'automobile, du financement ou de l'assurance.
