Position Summary
The Delivery Manager works with the Recruiters and Leadership to optimize daily recruitment activity and ensure the highest level of quality coverage across all requisitions for those accounts. The Delivery Manager is responsible for the execution of Robertson’s VMS Delivery Strategy and the corresponding management and performance of the recruitment team.
Key Accountabilities
- Manage the daily execution of recruitment strategies to effectively engage candidates through each step of the sourcing and selection process.
- Enhance our database and candidate network by utilizing a vast array of techniques including networking, targeted sourcing, reactivation, etc.
- Effectively manage and motivate the recruitment team and monitor progress to identify coaching opportunities to ensure targets are met and exceeded.
- Lead daily morning and afternoon huddles and weekly one-on-ones with the recruitment team.
- Partner and consult with our clients to refine our search techniques and improve results.
- Develop and execute an overall strategy to achieve delivery placement goals.
- Attend client meetings and solicit client information to enhance our delivery tactics.
- Effectively utilize the tools (Bullhorn, LinkedIn, Corporate Website etc.).
- Obtain feedback from our contractors and employees to continuously improve our delivery strategy and process.
- Accountable for achieving personal and team goals as well as achieving or exceeding placement goals.
Core Attributes & Experience
- Excellent communication skills and ability to effectively listen and manage personalities.
- Energetic, enthusiastic, self-motivated, creative and solution focused.
- Demonstrated proficiency in AI and automation technologies, encompassing machine learning frameworks, robotic process automation (RPA), and data analysis tools.
- Agency or corporate recruiting experience with evidenced based experience of success.
- Experience in a highly metrics driven environment.
- Exceptional delivery results in high volume enterprise accounts.
- Preference is given to candidates with experience managing programs and to those who have Financial Services expertise.
- Proven accountability, honesty and integrity with a firm understanding of ethics and reputation.
- Adaptable and inquisitive with a natural curiosity and a dedication to continuous learning.
- Resiliency, and the ability to embrace and learn from failure.
- Strong negotiating and influencing skills.
- Consultative approach and a dedication to service excellence.
- Organized and methodical with a honed ability to effectively prioritize.
