Insight Global is looking for a very experienced Agile Delivery Lead manager to join one of Canada's largest banks. This individual will be joining the Digital Technology team within the personal banking sector. We are looking for individuals who have experience running large scale projects, leading a team of PMs/Agile delivery managers. Along with overseeing a team of 5-6 ADM's, this individual needs to have a strong financial background with hands-on experience as a delivery manager. Leadership qualities, comfort in reporting to executives, and PM/Agile experience will be essential for this role.

Minimum Requirements:

  1. 7+ years as a PM/ADM
  2. Experience leading a team of PM's/ADM's/PCO in the past
  3. Banking experience
  4. Must be open to go FTE potentially after 6 months
  5. Strong experience with financials of projects (large budgets)
  6. Agile & Scrum experience
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
  1. Clarity PPM
  2. Previous BMO experience
  3. Has been in a senior manager role previously
