Role mission

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Product Manager to spearhead our AI project to use with CRMs, driving innovation at the intersection of artificial intelligence and sales. As a key leader within our organization, you will be instrumental in shaping the future of our AI-driven products and services.

Deliverables

  • Define and execute the product roadmap for AI-driven solutions, leveraging cutting-edge technology to address customer needs and market demands
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to conceptualize, develop, and launch AI-powered features and services that enhance the customer experience and drive business growth
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for AI integration, product differentiation, and market expansion
  • Partner with engineering, data science, and AI research teams to prioritize features, experiments, and enhancements based on customer feedback and strategic objectives
  • Monitor key performance metrics and user feedback to measure the success of AI initiatives, iterate on improvements, and drive continuous innovation
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory developments in AI, providing thought leadership and strategic guidance to the organization

About you

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management (AI-driven projects)
  • Experience working on CRM projects (AI for CRMs is ideal)
  • Hands-on experience in steering products from initial conception to version 1.0
  • Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams in Agile environments, delivering complex AI projects on time and within budget
  • A strong understanding of technologies used in AI
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with a data-driven approach to product development and optimization
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and align diverse teams towards common goals
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple priorities effectively
