ASSISTANT STORE MANAGER

Assistant Store Managers are responsible for all operations throughout the store which includes maintaining safety standards, merchandising, engaging and motivating team members, and promoting sales.

What you will do:

  1. Demonstrate superior customer service
  2. Guide and lead teams to success
  3. Advocate for process improvement across all departments
  4. Coach and inspire team members in assistance for professional development
  5. Promote a psychologically safe environment within the store
  6. Gather and relay information to managers and associates regarding sales targets and results
  7. Participate in projects and special assignments as per the needs of the business

What you bring:
  1. 3+ years in retail management
  2. Strong verbal and written communication (bilingualism would be considered an asset)
  3. Experience in customer service
  4. Ability to leverage technology for project management, analysis and solving problems (including Microsoft Office Suite)
  5. Openness to continuous improvement and responsibility for independent learning
  6. Flexible schedule based on retail needs
