Shift Pattern/Hours: 12 on, 2 off / 10-hour shifts / mixture of days & nights / 50hr weeks.

Requirements: CSCS black or Gold, SMSTS, First Aid, Asbestos, Ability to read drawings.

Project Type: Fitout, Refurb, Extension and conversions of Bars, Restaurants & Pubs.

My client is a Main Contractor with a strong history in Shopfitting across London, South Central and the Southeast regions. Due to a lot of successful tenders and frameworks, they’re looking for multiple managers to join their ever-growing team.

Most of their work is across clients such as: Mitchell & Butler, Stonegate, Fullers, Greene King and Bella Italia on projects ranging from £20k - £2m.

Duties:

  1. Oversee and manage all aspects of the project, ensuring it is completed on time and within budget.
  2. Coordinate and schedule all activities on the site, including subcontractors, suppliers, and tradespeople.
  3. Develop and maintain a detailed project plan, including timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
  4. Monitor and enforce compliance with health and safety regulations and ensure a safe working environment for all personnel on site.
  5. Collaborate with the design team, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure that project goals and objectives are met.
  6. Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks to ensure work is being carried out to the required standards.
  7. Resolve any issues, conflicts, or disputes that may arise during the course of the project.
  8. Manage and control project budgets, expenses, and resources, and report on financial progress to senior management.
  9. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of project activities, including daily logs, progress reports, and change orders.
  10. Communicate effectively with all project stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, changes, and milestones.
  11. Procure necessary materials, equipment, and resources to ensure the smooth progression of the project.
  12. Ensure that all project documentation, permits, and approvals are obtained and maintained throughout the project lifecycle.
  13. Lead and supervise a team of site personnel, providing direction, guidance, and support as needed.
