With a growing demand for our services, we're looking for a Business Development Manager who thrives on challenges and is eager to grow with us.As a Business Development Manager at Aliro, you'll be instrumental in expanding our market presence by identifying new business opportunities and developing strategic partnerships.Your responsibilities will include:Direct engagement with sales-qualified leads and managing the deal process from initiation to closing.Creating a comprehensive sales process with input from team members across different roles.Understanding each prospect's specific requirements and designing tailored agendas that deliver value.Collaborating closely with our Head of Marketing to deepen research on each prospect and refine our sales and marketing strategies.Building and nurturing strategic partnerships that broaden our market reach and contribute to revenue growth.Key Requirements:Fluent in English.At least 2 years of proven business dev / experience, particularly in B2B SaaS environments.Strong familiarity with SaaS sales process in the B2B sector.Proven ability to develop and maintain strategic partnerships in a business environment.What We Offer:Good base salary with high commission potential.Options and equity packages that can grow with performance and tenure.A supportive work environment with a balanced mix of in-office (3 days per week) and remote work (2 days per week).Join Us:If you're ready to grow with a company that’s driving technological solutions in the immigration field and want to make a tangible difference, we'd love to hear from you
