Requirements This role is expected to work in EST. We are seeking a senior-level SEO leader with deep expertise in technical SEO and AI-driven search systems to lead strategy, mentor a high-performing team, and drive exceptional results for enterprise clients. This is a highly client-facing role that blends hands‑on execution, strategic leadership, and thought leadership in the evolving AI search landscape. You will own advanced SEO strategy development, guide a team of SEO strategists, and serve as a trusted advisor to clients—particularly at the executive level—while staying ahead of algorithm changes and emerging AI search technologies. Key Responsibilities Strategy & Execution Develop and implement advanced SEO strategies, including AI search optimization and enterprise‑scale initiatives Analyze search engine algorithm updates and assess impact on client performance and strategy Personally manage and execute strategy for high‑value and complex client accounts Lead competitive analysis and market positioning for client campaigns AI Search Design and execute strategies for Google SGE and AI‑powered search experiences Optimize for LLM‑driven discovery (ChatGPT, Bing Chat, AI Overviews) Lead entity SEO, knowledge graph optimization, and semantic search initiatives Apply AI content quality frameworks and detection best practices Leverage prompt engineering techniques to improve search visibility Client Leadership Join client calls alongside the Customer Success team to present strategy, performance, and recommendations Confidently communicate with C‑suite and senior stakeholders Proactively address client concerns and reinforce confidence in SEO direction and results People Leadership Manage, mentor, and develop SEO team members (3–5+), including weekly 1:1s and strategy reviews Provide hands‑on guidance, feedback, and professional development support Ensure team output aligns with best practices, internal methodologies, and client goals Thought Leadership Contribute to internal and external thought leadership around SEO, AI search, and industry trends Help shape and evolve company SEO methodologies and best practices Success Metrics (KPIs) Overall team performance and development Client SEO performance and goal attainment Client retention and satisfaction Contribution to thought leadership and innovation Required Skills & Experience SEO & Technical Expertise Expert‑level technical SEO knowledge, including: Crawling and indexing Core Web Vitals and page experience Structured data Log file analysis Proven experience with enterprise SEO strategy and large‑scale site optimization; deep understanding of modern AI search systems (LLMs, vector databases, semantic search, BERT/MUM) Strong familiarity with the Search Atlas platform and methodology Tools & Platforms SEO Tools: Search Atlas Suite, Screaming Frog, DeepCrawl, Botify Analytics & Data: Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console API, BigQuery Testing: A/B testing platforms and statistical significance analysis Reporting & Dashboards: Looker, Airtable Leadership & Communication Requirements Experience managing SEO teams of 3–5+ people Strong client‑facing presentation and communication skills Comfort engaging with executive and C‑suite stakeholders Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable insights Benefits 15 Days PTO + Christmas Day + New Years Day paid off Salary $5,000 - $7,000 USD a month Recruitment Process Initial screening call with our recruitment team Technical assessment to showcase your skills (if applicable) Final interview with our Hiring Manager Offer extended Life at LinkGraph We are committed to fostering a healthy work‑life balance, innovation, and a collaborative, inclusive culture—no matter where you work.
