  • that work can be a place where you make lifelong friends, partner with ambitious teammates, and embrace the joy of making games.
  • that these beliefs will help us surface the best ideas, challenge the status quo, and ultimately make better games.

Key Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop new internal tools from initial ideation to development of front-end and back-end services to support the product
  • This role is a mix of product responsibilities and development (ML/DL, SWE)

  • Evaluate the performance of machine learning models and refine them based on testing and feedback
  • Manage and optimize CI/CD pipelines to efficiently deploy machine learning models
  • Utilize external AI models to enhance and extend the capabilities of in-house solutions
  • Use AWS to deploy services and manage scalable cloud infrastructure
  • Engage in backend development using Go or Python to support the functionality of tools and prototypes
  • Engage in basic frontend development (TypeScript, Vue) to put your ideas before users

  • Experience in training, evaluating, and deploying machine learning models
  • Proficiency in sourcing, analyzing, and working with different types of data
  • Familiarity with Git for version control
  • Experience with AWS, especially in the architecture related to the deployment of backend services (e.g. DynamoDB, Lambda, Appsync)
  • Knowledge of building microservices and implementing event-driven architectures.
  • Some limited experience in frontend development using TypeScript and Vue is preferred
  • Familiar enough with frontend work to implement your product ideas from beginning to end
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic team environment.
  • At least 3 years of experience in machine learning and data science
  • Experience in SWE
  • Some experience in frontend web development is preferred but not mandatory

Education

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related computational/data-oriented field
