Select middle managers, directors or other executive staff; delegate the necessary authority to them and create optimum working conditions. Plan schedules, goals and objectives. Oversee the operation of company. Monitor financial control systems. Establish and implement policies and procedures for accounting and financial control. Develop policies. Plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses. Plan, organize and oversee operational logistics of the organization. Hire, train and supervise staff. Type of fabric preparation machines: Embroidery. Equipment and machinery experience: Embroidery or quilter. Experience: 5 years or more.
