Position: Full Time


Role and Responsibility:
  • Leads service delivery engagements for Oracle ERP customers in supply chain modules.
  • Understand customers' business needs and requirements.
  • Analyze business requirements of assigned customers and/or project(s).
  • System Design, Configuration & ongoing application support.
  • Gather, analyze requirements for enhancements and create development specifications.
  • Liaison with Client team & business and extended project teams.

Required Skills and Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or engineering or equivalent working experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience with Oracle ERP.
  • At least 2 Oracle SCM implementations.
  • Strong with SCM Business Processes and hands-on experience with setting up SCM modules.
  • Demonstrated experience in the definition of systems strategy, gathering and documenting business requirements, leading fit-gap analysis, as-is and to-be business process designs, conference room pilots (CRPs), functional configuration, testing, and client user training.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple task assignments.
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment.
  • Great communication and presentation skills to be able to interact with business stakeholders and drive outcomes.
