Rewrite Capital Advisors is an M&A advisory firm dedicated to converting businesses to employee ownership. We helped negotiate and design Canada’s new Employee Ownership Trust (EOT) legislation, and are rolling it out in mid-sized companies across the country. Currently we are looking for a talented and passionate Mergers and Acquisitions Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and executing all aspects of the company's M&A advisory activities. Working with us, you join the most knowledgeable business service providers in the employee ownership space, working to protect Canadian businesses and reduce wealth inequality.
Overseeing and managing all aspects of the EOT (M&A) process from start to finish. 
Developing a team of junior staff to become deal leaders and managers.
Proven track record of successfully executing mergers and acquisitions.
~ Extensive knowledge of the M&A process, including due diligence, valuation, and negotiation.
~4+ years of experience in mergers and acquisitions, investment banking, private equity, or a related field.
~ Team player, loves to help others.
