Dans ce rôle, vous travaillerez dans le cadre de paramètres définis pour prendre des décisions, appliquer des concepts à des problèmes de complexité variable et résoudre les problèmes par une action immédiate et/ou une planification à court terme.

Job Description

Responsabilités :

  • Développement et respect du plan d'arrêt de sécurité OneGE ;
  • Gestion de la portée en planifiant, organisant et supervisant l'équipe de terrain ;
  • Interagir étroitement avec le planificateur de projet dans le développement et la maintenance des calendriers chargés en ressources ;
  • Gérer les coûts encourus et prévus ;
  • Travailler avec une équipe de projet multifonctionnelle et comprendre tous les éléments livrables qui pourraient affecter l'exécution sur le terrain ;
  • Préparer le site du projet avant la mobilisation de l'équipe sur le terrain (c'est-à-dire l'infrastructure, l'outillage, etc.) ;
  • Participer activement aux processus de conception, au développement de nouvelles leçons apprises et au processus de retour d'expérience ;
  • Gérer la documentation du site (qualité, EHS, rapports quotidiens, comptabilisation du temps, rapports de dépenses, etc.);
  • Participer activement à la définition des exigences en matière d'outillage spécial avec l'équipe Méthodes et Outillage spécial ;
  • Promouvoir les possibilités d'amélioration des marges, les initiatives d'optimisation des coûts et les possibilités d'extension du champ d'application ;
  • Contribuer au programme de formation, selon les besoins ;
  • Voyager environ 70 à 100 % du temps, selon les besoins.

Qualifications :

  • Expérience en gestion de chantier ;
  • Expérience dans le domaine de la production d'électricité ;
  • Expérience du contrôle des coûts ;
  • Expérience des concepts techniques (y compris les machines hydroélectriques, les turbines, les alternateurs, etc ;)
  • Excellentes compétences en matière de leadership ;
  • Forte culture EHS ;
  • Bilingue (anglais et français);
  • Permis de conduire valide;
  • Vous devez accepter de vous soumettre à une vérification préalable à l'embauche, y compris, mais sans s'y limiter, à une vérification des références et des antécédents;
  • Vous devez avoir le droit de travailler sans restriction au Canada.

Caractéristiques souhaitées :

  • 5+ ans d'expérience sur l'équipement hydro mécanique et l'exécution sur le terrain.
  • Expérience en gestion de projet.
