Job Description: As a Marketing Coordinator at Performance, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting various marketing initiatives and projects. Your responsibilities will range from crafting compelling content and copy to overseeing the production of visual media like images, videos, and augmented reality. You'll also support trade show activities, handle catalog development, and overall, play a key role in our marketing team. With your strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and passion for marketing, you'll contribute to the success of our marketing campaigns and help maintain our brand's presence in the market.

Responsibilities:
Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies to promote our products
Content creation and copywriting for marketing collateral
Manage all product image requests
Oversee the completion and distribution of product spec sheets
Oversee video production from concept to completion, including script development, and liaising between product team and video agency
Assist in the creation and production of (~100 page) product catalogues
Assist in the planning and coordination of tradeshow events, including booth setup, logistics, and promotional materials
Generate and maintain QR codes for various marketing purposes
Provide administrative support and assist with various marketing-related tasks and projects as needed

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business Administration
Experience in project management, within a marketing capacity
Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Team player, self-starter, and result-driven personality with high social competence
Detail-oriented with a creative mindset and a passion for marketing
