Inland Industrial Supply Ltd. is a leading wholesale distributor of industrial tools, equipment, and safety supplies. We are seeking a motivated and results-driven professional to join our Inside Sales team and support our Edmonton headquarters. This role plays a key part in driving our continued growth by securing new business, maintaining strong customer relationships, and delivering exceptional service.

Responsibilities:

· Provide customer satisfaction by establishing rapport and proactively following up

· Provide technical information and preparing quotations

· Ability to understand customer needs and identify sales opportunities

· Keep updated on industry products and services

· Manage customer sales quotes, sales orders, production orders and service returns

· Work closely with the outside sales team on customer orders, needs and concerns

Jobs Skills & Qualifications:

· Minimum High School diploma or equivalent

· Would be helpful if you have industry knowledge and sales experience with welding, safety, and construction consumables

· Background in hand and power tools, concrete tools, metal working tools, lifting, and rigging knowledge

Abilities and Skills

· Can handle rapidly changing conditions

· Excellent communications skills with strong phone presence

· Exceptional customer service skills and sales acumen

· Good organizational skills and decision making

· Willingness to learn the business process and new software programs

· Salary is commensurate with experience
