The Production Supervisor is responsible for overseeing both personnel and processes within the Wetcast area, ensuring high-quality product output, and maintaining adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). This role includes managing employee performance, scheduling shifts, training new hires, and ensuring a safe working environment. The Wetcast Supervisor also analyzes production data and prepares detailed reports to drive continuous improvement.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise the Wetcast concrete area, ensuring efficient operation and high-quality product output.Ensure all processes are followed according to established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).Conduct disciplinary actions and performance reviews to maintain high standards of employee performance.Create and manage shift schedules to ensure optimal staffing levels.Train new employees on processes, safety protocols, and quality standards.Ensure the safety of all personnel in the Wetcast area by enforcing safety protocols and addressing potential hazards promptly.Analyze production data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement; prepare and present reports on findings.Foster a positive and productive work environment through effective communication and leadership.Qualifications:5-7 years of experience in a similar supervisory role within a manufacturing setting.Proven experience in managing people and processes in a production environment.Strong understanding of manufacturing operations and quality assurance.Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights.Commitment to maintaining a safe and efficient workplace.
