Key Responsibilities:
  1. Strategic Alignment
    • Understand the strategic needs of the company and talent requirements, and in conjunction with HR Director, align HR strategy to meet business needs.
    • Collaborate with business units to ensure HR initiatives support overall goals.
    • Lead HR projects such as employer branding initiatives, benefits plan optimization and employee events to support the organization.
  2. Talent Management
    • Identify talent needs for different business units.
    • Participate in recruitment efforts, interview candidates and assess fit.
    • Facilitate smooth onboarding process.
    • Provide guidance on performance improvement plans.
    • Identify training needs and coordinate learning programs.
  3. HR Expertise
    • Interpret HR strategies, policies, guidelines and programs.
    • Provide expertise in areas such as compensation, benefits, and employee relations.
    • Support organizational changes, communicate to employees and ensure smooth transitions.
    • Ensure practices adhere to legal requirements keeping updated on legal practices.
    • Handle employee documentation and records.
  4. Consulting and Coaching
    • Act as a bridge between employees and management.
    • Address employee concerns, conflicts.
    • Provide consulting and coaching to branch and department managers.
    • Promote a positive work environment and employee engagement initiatives.
    • Align our people management with business strategy.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in HR, business or related field; Preference will be given to those with experience. HR certification or major. Strong leadership and decision-making skills with a strategic mindset. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to effectively collaborate with stakeholders. Proficiency in HRIS systems and MS Office suite.
