Job Description:
About the Role:
The GTB Delivery Team within the TDS Data, Delivery and Integration group is responsible for end-to-end delivery of projects impacting the Global Transaction Banking (GTB) business of TD Securities (TDS). Projects in this space will be in support of various business-driven, regulatory, and industry initiatives. To deliver on this mandate, the team partners closely with stakeholder groups from across TD including members of the GTB businesses, GTB technology, Operations, Compliance, Legal, Risk, Payments Technology and others.
As a scrum master, you will be responsible for helping your teams adopt appropriate agile practices that increases their effectiveness and efficiency. You will play a pivotal role in facilitating the Agile development process and empowering our team to deliver high-quality products on time.
Responsibilities:
Leading Agile Delivery for complex initiatives across multiple teams, leveraging appropriate agile practices and blending different delivery methodologies for maximum impact
Fostering a high-performing and collaborative environment
Driving continuous improvement and removing impediments at the program level
Facilitate all scrum meetings including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-up, Sprint Review, and Retrospective.
Coach and mentor technology and product leaders on the effective application of agile concepts.
Qualifications:
7+ years of experience as a scrum master or RTE for multiple agile development teams and leading complex initiatives in scaled agile environments.
Experience with multiple delivery methodologies and an ability to blend them appropriately when needed
Experience with cloud enablement initiatives and driving successful outcomes in extremely technical situations
Demonstrate deep practical understanding of multiple frameworks (scrum and Kanban), agile values and principles.
Strong Leadership skills and ability to influence stakeholders, including Product and Technology Leaders.
Creative problem-solving skills, leveraging extensive experience to navigate and resolve complex challenges and team dynamics.
Strong track record of leveraging agile metrics.
Ability to forecast and plan using agile practices.
Advanced agile certifications like CSP, PSM-3, ICP-ACC.
Scaled Agile Certifications like SAFe.
Additional Experience
Skill in using analytical software tools, data analysis methods and reporting techniques
GTB / CIB experiences
Experience implementing scaled agile methodologies
