Role Description

This is a contractual, part-time on-site role located in Montreal, QC for an Administrative Assistant/Project Coordinator. The role involves coordinating day to day office responsibilities, assisting with administrative tasks, and organizing and maintaining project documentation. The Administrative Assistant/Project Coordinator will work closely with the team to ensure projects are completed efficiently and on time.

Qualifications

  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • The ideal candidate will be proficient in QUICKBOOKS, Excel, and have excellent graphic presentation skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Experience in project coordination or administrative roles is a plus
  • College degree or relevant certification a plus
